If u use @TMobile home internet but cancel during the free trial period, know they will still bill you for each day you had it. If you don't call in to have them refund the amount on your next bill, they will still take it from you.I miss @JohnLegere. T-Mobile is dying.

@TMobile received iPhone 14 pro max. I’m supposed to get $285 credit. T-Mobile applied the credit to a different line on our account instead of giving a credit on bill. Customer care asking me to talk to the person who owns the other line to get $285. Really?

@TMobile why does the SOS feature keep popping up on my phone and others. We are unable to make calls in areas where there’s usually service 😒
